Reyactive launched the development of a new personal and professional development training platform for executives, leaders, and highly ambitious organizations and individuals back in 2022 and development of the courseware, standards, automation, and underlying organization and business models has been progressing strongly ever since. The most recent updates have to do with getting the recorded lessons for the on-demand portion of each course recorded and rerecorded so that the best versions can be used for the courseware during the platform launch. The first round of courses on Reyactive’s proprietary original content will be ready for launch in time for the January semester. With four 12 week semesters each year, the NonUniversity school will offer a hybrid training format year round that has been adjusted and designed specifically for an adult learning approach where the courseware is delivered with on-demand video training and courseware, while Instructor-Led weekly group live video calls create student and trainer interaction to explore the depths and questions raised by the on-demand training.
The training options include straight commercial training for those individuals or organizations that just want to get to the meat and potatoes of the courses, but there is also a certification option for those who have taken all the prerequisite courses and enough elective credits to fill the certification requirements. Testing for the certification is charged separately in that case, and is administered ONLY to those enrolled in certification programs. To successfully be certified by any program, the student must pass all tests by a minimum score of 90% each in order to maintain NonUniversity.com’s exacting standards.
Because the courseware is always being updated, certificates are only valid and in current standing for periods of 5 years from the completion of all required testing. In order to requalify to recertify students must pass a recertification exam with a score of 90% or better, as they had to pass their respective course tests originally. New certification status is issued at that point, again for a duration of 5 years. They may elect to take courses without testing as Continuing Education, and then take their recertification exam if they wish to get the most updated course content prior to taking the recertification exam if they wish, though this is not specifically a required qualification (and it is probably a good idea, regardless!)
The direction of NonUniversity is one of the most broadly supported points in its favor so far. Unlike traditional colleges and universities, NonUniversity is NOT designed to help you get a job. It’s not designed to help you get a promotion. Certification or lack thereof does not qualify you for any potential position (except at NonUniversity!) and we have no expectation that by taking our courses you have any fundamental basis for increasing your personal status or income directly.
Instead, what you can expect to learn from NonUniversity are life and business soft skills that college left the impression were the takeaways we all were supposed to have to be able to be dramatically better at what we do in life, WHATEVER we do in life. What you choose to do with those skills, that’s up to you, just please make sure you use it to do whatever you do to the best of your ability. We hold our graduates to fairly high standards and expect you to hold yourselves to similar standards too.
We’re not training engineers or human widgets; we’re not training lawyers or doctors. We’re training PEOPLE to be leaders, change makers, innovators, accelerators, and breakthrough specialists, and we’re helping those who already find themselves being successful in those roles how to be even better at what they already do.
NonUniversity also has another unique direction that’s VERY popular so far. NonUniversity does not accept government funding of any kind (except as a client specifically). That also means we don’t offer student loans, and no student will ever be left with mountains of student loan debt and interest so high they can’t dig themselves out from under it because they studied with us. Instead of student loans, NonUniversity offers attractive payment plans for a one time service fee, but with zero percent interest, meaning each student can stay current and save years and years of their lives paying off the mountains of debts they would otherwise accrue in traditional post-secondary educational facilities.
With a variety of scholarship opportunities available, merit-based and economic-based scholarships will help provide access to the highest level of personal and professional development training NonUniversity can offer regardless of any personal factors that might otherwise get in the way of someone rising to meet their potential, and with laser coaching available for each program and for students generally, students can really scale up their outcomes as much as they want to.
