Reyactive is building the foundations for generational change in media in North America with a local focus that is designed to genuinely help viewers get access to truly uninfluenced media.
We are doing this by starting with some really powerful built-in commitments for our own stations, like a commitment to building such diverse and in-house revenue models that unlike traditional media, our revenues will NEVER be dependent on outside advertisers. We may from time to time take on ads from outside advertisers, but we’re not even hiring sales and marketing staff for an advertising department. Let that sink in for a minute.
No advertisers telling us what to tell you, what to convince you of, what to make you reliant on. That’s a HUGE difference that traditional media simply wouldn’t survive if they copied us.
Sure we’ll have advertising, but it will be advertising for products our syndicated shows offer or that our sister companies or joint venture partners want to promote. In other words we’re going to have our own products and services that we’re offering you, not someone else’s. And if you are ever dissatisfied or upset with us and our products, it will be our relationship with you the viewer that will be in jeopardy, not some third party wagging the dog. That gives our viewers the focus, not our advertisers. Our relationship is with YOU, not them.
We’re also helping local businesses and influencers build their own media. They operate it entirely themselves, and our role is to help them get their content and feeds on their own channels where they can have their own relationships with their viewers. You like what they’re doing, then you get to support them, follow them, engage with them. You don’t like their content? You can not watch, you can communicate directly with the – your relationship with them is direct, not indirect through us or some other organization that might filter, scan, judge, moderate, or censor your opinions. It’s just you and them, the way media should be; both the good and the bad.
But those local businesses will now be in a position to build real audiences without needing to rely on algorithms that only work if they pay a premium for the privilege of talking to their fans and supporters. And that is a REALLY big shift in how businesses and communities have worked together in the digital age.

Currently there is no cost to have your content syndicated or aired on any of our TV or radio stations. There is a rental fee for stations if you want to have a complete station of your own, like the ones in our AZ Real Estate TV offerings, and that rental fee is an annual license that covers both the streaming TV channel code embedded directly onto your website, but it also includes your own dedicated community software so your audiences can see ALL of your updates, not just the ones the other platforms’ algorithms say they can see.
Some of the other benefits of hosting shows on our channels include:

Again, we don’t charge for any of that currently. It’s part of how we grow our stations audiences so every show and every host benefits from our growth, however, that may change in the future.
We are all too experienced in the challenges of authors and content producers not delivering content when the opportunity is offered for free, leaving us to make due at the last minute or make up for it with extraordinary last minute work on our parts, and rarely so much as a meaningful apology on theirs. The instant that becomes the dominant issue on our station management work plan, we’ll have to change and start charging for the exact same package we truly want to continue to give away for free to hosts of shows we want to treat like family members. Maybe slightly distant family members at times, but family members nonetheless.
